Spa Guidelines
We accept cash, credit, Venmo, and Zelle. (Spa Finder is an acceptable form of payment for services with Heather only).
Our scheduling system will require a credit card at the time of booking. It will not charge you for your service. This protects our cancellation policy for when we dedicate time for someone but they do not show.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy – 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If less than 48 hours or no notice is given, or you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be forfeited. Thank you for respecting our time as much as we respect yours.
