500-Hour YA Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Sound Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, and Pro Crystal Healer, utilizing modalities that focus on the science of energy, the conscious, subconscious|unconscious, and higher conscious, for the deepest transformations.
Starting in the spa industry, my desire to nurture has always been paramount. Aside from my career, I experience this by fostering neonatal kittens also.
Through life’s most challenging experiences, understanding the way and why people have thought and behavior patterns has become my passion.
I have studied with some of the most well-respected teachers on inner work, beliefs, and trauma recovery so that I could support those who are looking for change and a richer experience in life.
I am known for my work with entrepreneurs who are considered highly sensitive people and couples who crave better communication. I’ve had a lot of success helping men communicate and process emotions in a way that feels natural, intriguing and allows them to feel even stronger and in control. Enhancing communication and self-expression so connections can deepen.
Combining it feels like the natural evolution for personal growth and healing. I’m proud to offer it all at Self-Care Center.
